What you will do

• Lead and scale a global team of 250+ engineers responsible for product technology platforms.
• Drive development and transformation of consumer-grade web and mobile digital experience platforms.
• Partner with Product leadership to innovate and scale platforms supporting growth and retention.
• Champion AI, ML, NLP, and emerging technologies to enable an AI-powered product portfolio.
• Ensure technology outcomes align with business objectives and operational excellence.
• Communicate technical guidance and strategic insights to engineering and executive teams.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience as a Technology leader directing global software engineering teams.
• Proven experience leading large-scale engineering organizations (250+ globally) and driving platform transformation in consumer web.
• Strong technical leadership, business acumen, and experience delivering measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in AI, ML, NLP, and building AI-driven products and platforms.
• Deep experience in content publishing, content creation platforms, and scalable content delivery systems.
• Demonstrated success with personalization engines, recommendation algorithms, video streaming, and digital asset management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels.
• Experience working directly with C-Suite executives and guiding business leaders with technology decisions.
