Salary: $189,080 - $283,630

What you will do

• Lead development and integration of common services for the Physical AI platform with digital platforms.
• Define and own enterprise API and common services strategy ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Drive platform integrations embedding AI, simulations, and analytics into applications.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to meet enterprise governance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop high-performing engineering and platform teams.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to translate needs into scalable platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, Mossville, or Irving, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in platform engineering, software engineering, or enterprise architecture with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of API management, microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with AI/data platforms, digital twins, simulations, and enterprise AI platform enablement.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
