What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end design process, including User Journey Mapping of the Online to Offline experience.
• Recruit, build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of designers.
• Represent the design team and its vision in executive meetings, communicating design impact and strategy to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product/UX Design, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and research methodologies.
• Experience with design systems and building scalable frameworks for consistent UX delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
