What you will do

  • Lead and coach the Emerging UX team, fostering agile iteration, growth, and innovation.
  • Develop and execute UX and AI strategies aligned with company objectives and customer value.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership partners to empower development teams with insights and resources.
  • Provide prioritization input for development tasks and strategies.
  • Embrace challenges and ensure team adaptability and openness to innovation.
  • Continuously improve user experience across all platforms to elevate customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 8+ years in user experience roles, including 2+ years as a director and 3+ years leadership experience.
  • Strong user-centered design expertise and proficiency with design systems.
  • Experience in UX research and analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI development and technical collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Proven coaching and mentorship skills with excellent cross-functional collaboration.
