• Partner with teams to solve complex product challenges and brainstorm creative solutions.
• Shape experience strategy and roadmaps, balancing current traveler needs with future goals.
• Build compelling visions for traveler experiences and define success metrics.
• Translate research insights into design solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results.
• Champion simple, elegant, and trustworthy experiences, mentoring other designers.
• Lead creation of project artifacts for large, complex projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience or related technical field; or equivalent professional experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create thoughtful, innovative, and user-centered designs.
• Strong expertise in facilitation, information architecture, and technical platform constraints.
• Experience designing across platforms including native (iOS, Android) and web (all breakpoints and responsive design).
• Experience presenting design work and strategy to executive leadership and securing buy-in.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards).
• Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to team growth and development.
• Experience in leading and facilitating experience vision and design thinking workshops.
