What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to define goals and functional needs for web applications.
• Analyze existing web systems and processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and SRS.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with agency teams to validate user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT sign-offs.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Business Analysis with web-based applications and digital platforms.
• Strong background in requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale web projects.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience working closely with product owners, UX teams, developers, and QA.
• Ability to present requirements and functional solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Project Management tools, MS Office, and latest technologies.
• Familiarity with SVN, Confluence, JIRA, Kanban boards.
• Experience in Life-science organizations.
• Ability to create RCA documents and manage escalations.
