TL;DR

Senior Business Transformation Consultant: Developing and presenting quantitative business cases and financial models that align hirify.global capabilities to measurable business value with an accent on discovery, data collection, and financial analysis. Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, USA). Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 10–20%).

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end development of quantitative business cases and financial models aligning hirify.global capabilities to measurable business value.
  • Design, build, and maintain reusable financial models (ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR, ARR) to quantify hirify.global's impact.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to strategically position hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Lead customer-facing engagements including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and executive presentations.
  • Translate product usage data and operational KPIs into modeled benefit analyses connected to customer P&L.
  • Communicate technical and financial insights through strong storytelling and visualization skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 4+ years of experience in business consulting, value engineering, strategic finance, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated success developing and presenting enterprise-grade financial models and business cases.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for structured, assumption-driven models.
  • Ability to work with imperfect data sets and document methodologies clearly.
  • Strong project ownership mindset and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience engaging with operational stakeholders and senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software transformation projects.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with an emphasis on executive-ready financial storytelling.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements (approx. 10–20%).

Nice to have

  • Experience with 7-figure enterprise opportunities and strategic business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience building or maintaining customer-facing ROI/TCO tools.
  • Background in software vendor or technology consulting environments.
  • Multilingual fluency in Spanish.
