Business Systems Analyst / Quality Assurance (Insurance)

What you will do

• Develop project requirements and specifications including business, functional, system, and report specifications.
• Create test scenarios and test cases for use in system and integration testing.
• Guide business partners on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Model and map business processes, conduct as-is/to-be analysis, and support business process re-engineering.
• Write and present business cases.
• Retest and document existing tasks/defects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Ability to manage ambiguity in business needs and requirements, and complete multiple, concurrent tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Use Cases preferred.
• Insurance experience preferred.
