Location: Onsite in Chicago

Salary: $25.00 USD hourly

What you will do

  • Conduct in-person shadowing sessions with sales teams to document daily workflows.
  • Create highly detailed, step-by-step process maps and documentation.
  • Meticulously log observations on tool usage and identify inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to analyze findings and identify automation opportunities.
  • Present documented findings in a clear and concise format to support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Economics, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a natural ability for observing complex processes.
  • Excellent listening skills and meticulous note-taking capabilities.
  • Curious and analytical mindset with a genuine interest in business operations.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with flowcharting tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io).
