Location: Hybrid and requires two (2) days in our office weekly in Atlanta, GA or Hartford, CT

Salary: $130,000–$175,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and personally perform end-to-end business analysis activities for key initiatives (requirements elicitation, process analysis, gap analysis).
• Translate complex business needs into clear and concise business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to define problems and validate solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, developers, and QA teams.
• Define and promote BA standards, tools, and templates across projects.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on business analysis experience, including leading analysis efforts for large or complex initiatives.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, ideally within the Small Commercial or P&C sector.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality requirements artifacts and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with process modeling, data analysis, and workflow documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, SQL).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, either through direct management or mentorship of BAs.

Nice to have

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification.
