What you will do
- Define and execute AMER partner marketing strategy to support revenue, pipeline, and ecosystem growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Partner with product marketing, segment marketing, and sales to align marketing priorities with business objectives.
- Build and oversee joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners.
- Create integrated campaigns and enablement tools for co-selling, co-branding, and demand generation.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure partner marketing performance and ROI, using data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing leadership.
- Proven experience building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive business outcomes.
- Strong people management, communication, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse teams.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem (technology alliances, resellers, MSPs, systems integrators).
- Experience in IT and/or Security industries.
