TL;DR

Location: On-Site, Chelmsford, MA, USA

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Define and execute AMER partner marketing strategy to support revenue, pipeline, and ecosystem growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Partner with product marketing, segment marketing, and sales to align marketing priorities with business objectives.
  • Build and oversee joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners.
  • Create integrated campaigns and enablement tools for co-selling, co-branding, and demand generation.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure partner marketing performance and ROI, using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing leadership.
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong people management, communication, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse teams.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem (technology alliances, resellers, MSPs, systems integrators).
  • Experience in IT and/or Security industries.
