What you will do
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing programs to drive engagement and grow business within target accounts using ABX and digital marketing strategies
- Leverage predictive analytics, intent data, and martech tools to target prospects and optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and digital teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates through A/B testing
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure seamless campaign execution and adapt strategies to segment nuances
- Lead and coach sales and marketing teams on campaign efforts and manage marketing program budgets
- Evaluate and manage external vendors contributing to named-account marketing and report on program results including ROI
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City with onsite presence required
- 10-15+ years enterprise marketing experience with at least 5 years in ABX and people management
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEM, paid social, and martech landscape
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and program management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
