TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Driving growth across existing North American accounts for SaaS/DaaS/tech/data solutions with an accent on timely client responses and meeting annual sales growth targets. Focus on gathering client insights for strategy and maintaining accurate CRM data.

Location: Hybrid in New York. Candidates must have legal authorization to live and work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD base + attractive/uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely responses and exceeding annual sales growth targets.
  • Serve as a commercial partner for the business, supporting budgeting, multi-year planning, and reporting.
  • Gather insights on products and competitors directly from clients to inform strategy.
  • Keep the CRM up-to-date with accurate notes and updates, collaborating to maintain achievable forecasts.
  • Support cross-functional teams and share expertise to drive organizational success.
  • Represent hirify.global externally with professionalism and credibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling SaaS/DaaS/tech/data solutions to the Software/Tech sector across North America.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in unstructured, fast-paced, and dynamic environments.
  • A collaborative team player focused on long-term business and team success.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must have legal authorization to live and work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
