What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for active trader clients using calls, email, video, and text.
- Nurture and convert new leads into active trading clients.
- Increase client engagement and cross-sell products to reduce attrition.
- Identify new cross-sell opportunities through daily client interactions.
- Provide feedback to leadership on product offerings to guide development.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently in a remote environment.
- 3-5 years experience in sales or relationship management.
- 1-3 years experience in financial services or personal investing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal oriented with experience meeting hard targets.
- Understanding of active trader client segment.
Nice to have
- Undergraduate or post-secondary degree in related field.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification.
