What you will do
- Establish and manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities, accurately forecasting sales to senior management.
- Grow long-term profitable partnerships with global merchants in China for Afterpay and Cash App.
- Develop new sales strategies and identify high-value merchants across key industry verticals such as e-commerce, travel, and digital content.
- Conduct solution workshops and coordinate the preparation of sales proposals.
- Lead C-level external and internal engagement and stakeholder management.
- Develop and refine merchant value propositions and establish clear marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals with large enterprises in the China market.
- Strategic problem-solving, effective negotiation, and deal structuring skills.
- Ability to work across borders with key internal and external stakeholders across Australia, North America, and the UK.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Understanding of digital marketing solutions and awareness of market trends and competitor offerings.
