TL;DR

Location: Remote from China. You will work across borders with stakeholders in Australia, North America, and the UK.

What you will do

  • Establish and manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities, accurately forecasting sales to senior management.
  • Grow long-term profitable partnerships with global merchants in China for Afterpay and Cash App.
  • Develop new sales strategies and identify high-value merchants across key industry verticals such as e-commerce, travel, and digital content.
  • Conduct solution workshops and coordinate the preparation of sales proposals.
  • Lead C-level external and internal engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and refine merchant value propositions and establish clear marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals with large enterprises in the China market.
  • Strategic problem-solving, effective negotiation, and deal structuring skills.
  • Ability to work across borders with key internal and external stakeholders across Australia, North America, and the UK.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Understanding of digital marketing solutions and awareness of market trends and competitor offerings.
