What you will do

• Join and contribute to a best-in-class crypto product legal team embedded with Developer business.
• Provide legal, business, and strategic advice to product teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Advise on U.S. domestic and international legal issues related to crypto and fintech products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance, Security, and other departments.
• Manage complex legal requests and provide timely, practical counsel.
• Lead legal ownership of assigned products and proactively identify and solve legal challenges.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in a U.S. state with J.D. or equivalent and 7+ years legal experience.
• Experience counseling product teams in technology, fintech, or crypto/blockchain companies.
• Strong knowledge of global laws and regulations related to payments, financial services, and crypto.
• Excellent legal judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative with cross-departmental engagement.
