Location: Remote

Salary: $250,000 - $330,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product strategy and long-term vision for crypto and payments identity and trust solutions
• Lead customer and partner conversations to inform product direction across crypto and compliance workflows
• Drive early product-market discovery and define success metrics
• Collaborate with engineering on specs, sprints, and technical project execution
• Build relationships across the crypto ecosystem and represent hirify.global externally
• Mentor and guide other product managers

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management in B2B or B2B2C SaaS
• 5+ years bringing 0 to 1 products to market, founding PM experience preferred
• Deep crypto expertise including stablecoins, blockchain, AML, KYC, and travel rule compliance
• Payments experience or familiarity with RegE framework preferred
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and executive presence
• Experience working closely with engineering on architecture, APIs, and platform design

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced business education
• Experience with platform products, identity, PKI, compliance technology, or real-time analytics
