What you will do

  • Provide strategic legal guidance on US federal and state regulatory compliance for staking and DeFi products.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Business Development teams to ensure compliant product design and commercial agreements.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise on their impact to hirify.global’s US business.
  • Support risk management including AML, OFAC, and sanctions controls.
  • Engage with US regulators and industry groups to advocate for innovation-friendly frameworks.
  • Assist in preparing responses to regulatory inquiries and consultations.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of legal experience, including top law firm or in-house fintech/crypto/financial services.
  • JD and admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction required.
  • Deep knowledge of US securities, commodities, and payments regulation.
  • Expertise in digital assets, staking, DeFi, and blockchain legal issues preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
  • Work authorization in the US required; no visa sponsorship provided.
