What you will do

• Manage US-based compliance and risk programs, including policies, trainings, and operational components.
• Partner with US counterparts and global leadership to ensure consistent risk management.
• Advise on risk for new product launches and support system development for regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary compliance contact with US regulators and monitor evolving regulatory requirements.
• Oversee risk management policies, procedures, and controls, chairing the local Risk Management Committee.
• Provide regular compliance and risk reports to senior management and the Board.

Requirements

• Must have experience as a BSA Officer working closely with US regulators.
• 5-7 years in compliance including leadership roles.
• At least 2 years in risk or compliance for a regulated broker/dealer.
• Deep understanding of US financial crime regulations and risk oversight.
• Experience in global companies or digital asset sector preferred.
