Senior Product Manager (Databricks Repos)

Salary: $156,600–$215,250 USD annually

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for Databricks Repos and the end-to-end path from code authoring to production.
• Design source-control workflows for branching, pull requests, reviews, conflict resolution, and deployments.
• Define integrations with GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
• Partner with engineering teams on AI-assisted code suggestions, recommended diffs, merge assistance, and deployment validation.
• Align Repos with Workflows, Lakeflow, Notebooks, Data Management, and deployment surfaces.
• Drive adoption and engagement with developer tools alongside solutions architects, customer success, sales, and enterprise platform owners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on platform products.
• Experience building developer-facing products such as tools, frameworks, or SDKs for tens or hundreds of thousands of users.
• Hands-on experience using developer-facing products.
• Strong ability to simplify technically complex products and user experiences.
