Sales Director (Capital Markets): Driving new sales for hirify.global solutions in the DACH region with an accent on high-value clients and growth within the Capital Markets space. Focus on managing the full sales process lifecycle, including prospecting, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
Location: Hybrid, must be based in Frankfurt, Germany. Weekly business travel is required.

What you will do
- Achieve sales quota for the assigned territory.
- Identify prospective new clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland via networking and cold calling.
- Manage sales pipeline and actively maintain accurate reports in Salesforce.
- Manage the full sales process life cycle from initial contact and qualification to go-live.
- Assist and support formal responses to client RFPs and negotiate contract pricing.
- Work with Legal and Conversions/Onboarding teams to ensure successful client go-live.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar sales role.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Must be based in Germany - Frankfurt.
- Experience in Agency/Principle Trading, Post Trade processing, Securities Financing, SWIFT, and reconciliations.
- Experience with working/selling in the Capital Markets areas within Financial Institutions and Corporates.
