What you will do
- Provide industry best practices and act as a trusted client advisor on Salesforce and AI solutions
- Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
- Design and architect Agentforce-powered experiences and generative AI solutions
- Build client strategies and roadmaps for quick wins and long-term goals
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
- Stay updated on new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years in customer-facing technical consulting or enterprise architecture
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience
- Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Experience with generative AI prompt writing and Agentforce or similar platforms
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into solutions
- Comfortable with flow charting tools and business process optimization
