What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise architecture strategies to modernize core business functions including sales, installation, service, and modernization.
• Build systems and frameworks from the ground up with a hands-on approach to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps supporting digital initiatives and future-proofing architectures.
• Architect end-to-end systems integrating cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and data analytics.
• Lead legacy system modernization and migration to cloud-native architectures.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with occasional travel to field locations and offices in Germany
• English: C1 level or higher required
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related fields with 3+ years in digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), microservices, APIs, and data management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications such as TOGAF or Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Coding or scripting skills in Python, Java, or similar for prototyping and automation.
