What you will do

• Demonstrate Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash products and assets to customers.
• Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers.
• Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect and transformation projects.
• Create compelling demos and deliver them to customers, showcasing platform power and NeuraFlash value.
• Prepare and modify proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses with the delivery team.
• Provide customer feedback and solutions to product management for portfolio advancement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience selling CRM solutions/services, preferably with Amazon Connect.
• 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario Only).

Nice to have

• 2-3 years in a consulting role.
• Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce Service cloud platform & architecture.
• Keen interest in rapidly learning in the AI space.
