What you will do

Demonstrate Amazon, Salesforce, and hirify.global products to customers and prospects.
Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops to gather requirements for Amazon Connect projects.
Create and deliver compelling demos showcasing AI and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Develop and modify proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFPs.
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve customer sales responses and product offerings.
Provide feedback to product management to advance AI and AppExchange product portfolios.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in the United States for remote work
2-3 years experience selling CRM solutions, preferably Amazon Connect.
2-3 years customer-facing experience, preferably in pre-sales or solution engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Nice to have

Consulting experience.
Expertise in contact center telephony solutions.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud platform and architecture.
Interest in AI and rapid learning in the AI space.
