What you will do
- Drive incremental sales pipeline and support existing customer requests
- Build and execute ABM campaigns with Demand Gen and engage Salesforce, Amazon, and CLM partner networks
- Manage client lifecycle and track customer interactions in Salesforce
- Lead prospecting and initial outreach to identify customer needs and schedule discovery meetings
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to generate demand and nurture relationships
- Support sales team with pipeline management and sales enablement activities
Requirements
- Must work from Burlington or Boston office at least 3x/week
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years sales, business development, or inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AWS, or Salesforce ecosystem
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Hunter mentality with strong communication skills for engaging high-level customers
