TL;DR

Salesforce Business Development Representative: Drive sales pipeline and support customer requests within the Salesforce, Amazon, and AI ecosystem with an accent on building relationships, prospecting, and managing client lifecycles. Focus on executing ABM campaigns, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and managing house accounts to generate new business opportunities.

Location: Must work from Burlington or Boston office at least 3x/week (hybrid)

What you will do

  • Drive incremental sales pipeline and support existing customer requests
  • Build and execute ABM campaigns with Demand Gen and engage Salesforce, Amazon, and CLM partner networks
  • Manage client lifecycle and track customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Lead prospecting and initial outreach to identify customer needs and schedule discovery meetings
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to generate demand and nurture relationships
  • Support sales team with pipeline management and sales enablement activities

Requirements

  • Must work from Burlington or Boston office at least 3x/week
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years sales, business development, or inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AWS, or Salesforce ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Hunter mentality with strong communication skills for engaging high-level customers
