Salary: $376,000 - $460,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead the US SLED Mid Market sales team and drive revenue growth across State, Local, and Education accounts.
  • Manage sales, channel, customer success, solutions engineering, business development, and marketing programs regionally.
  • Drive hiring and organizational growth in partnership with global leadership and recruiting.
  • Implement and influence sales methodology, forecasting, and account management best practices.
  • Represent hirify.global externally at conferences and industry associations.
  • Travel within the US as required.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near New York City or able to work in a hybrid setup.
  • Minimum 7 years senior sales leadership experience and 10+ years selling to SLED accounts.
  • Experience managing complex, longer sales cycles with quarterly cadence.
  • Strong knowledge of network performance, security, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and SASE concepts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to present to executives.
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit; start-up experience is a plus.
