What you will do
- Lead the US SLED Mid Market sales team and drive revenue growth across State, Local, and Education accounts.
- Manage sales, channel, customer success, solutions engineering, business development, and marketing programs regionally.
- Drive hiring and organizational growth in partnership with global leadership and recruiting.
- Implement and influence sales methodology, forecasting, and account management best practices.
- Represent hirify.global externally at conferences and industry associations.
- Travel within the US as required.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near New York City or able to work in a hybrid setup.
- Minimum 7 years senior sales leadership experience and 10+ years selling to SLED accounts.
- Experience managing complex, longer sales cycles with quarterly cadence.
- Strong knowledge of network performance, security, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and SASE concepts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to present to executives.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit; start-up experience is a plus.
