What you will do

• Lead and develop a high performance field sales team of ~8 Territory Account Executives.
• Build and execute business plans to capture and retain market share in assigned cities.
• Drive revenue growth by exceeding quotas and operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to generate leads, referrals, and build brand awareness locally.
• Travel at least 50% to co-sell alongside the sales team.
• Foster a culture of ownership, coaching, and accountability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US zones.
• 8+ years of sales success, preferably in high growth companies.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing field sales teams.
• Experience in high transaction volume SaaS or financial services sales.
• Proven ability to build winning sales cultures and work cross-functionally.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
