What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and Client Directors.
- Drive strategic deal planning, territory management, and customer engagement in the Northeast US region.
- Own pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and attainment of new and incremental revenue targets.
- Recruit and onboard top sales talent, fostering career development and team resilience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services.
- Represent the region with executive presence in customer, partner, and channel engagements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States (Northeast US)
- 5+ years managing enterprise field sales teams and 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales.
- Proven track record exceeding quotas in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Experience with MEDDPICC qualification framework and operational rigor.
- Strong leadership with hands-on customer engagement and team development.
- Understanding of technical SaaS domains such as DEX, APM, ITSM, EUC/VDI, observability preferred.

- Experience selling into Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, and Consulting industries.
