What you will do
- Handle customer queries via telephone, email, and web chat.
- Achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Nurture meaningful customer relationships.
- Accurately record all information in the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Orlando, Florida (onsite role)
- Proactive attitude with drive to succeed and hit targets.
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Resilience to handle unhappy customers professionally.
- Empathy and calmness in customer interactions.
Nice to have
- Good understanding of tech platforms (Android, iOS, Windows).
- Experience using Google Suite.
- At least 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or contact center work.
