What you will do

• Own and execute the market entry strategy for South-Eastern Europe.
• Build the market from scratch by recruiting and activating partners.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with HR tech partners, resellers, and consultants.
• Represent hirify.global at local events and networks.
• Gather market intelligence to refine strategy and ensure product-market fit.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to align and adapt local strategies.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain.
• 5+ years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Market Launcher roles in B2B SaaS or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Greek, Turkish, or similar languages required.
• Proven track record in market entry or business building in similar or emerging markets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality and strategic hands-on approach.
