What you will do
- Manage and strengthen existing consulting partnerships to drive new sales through joint planning and sales support
- Collaborate with New Sales and Product teams to close deals and enhance offerings
- Identify and engage new partners, communicating hirify.global’s value proposition
- Explore novel partnership modalities across the procurement industry
- Drive continuous improvement in partnership practices
- Report directly to the VP of Partnerships
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in partnerships, sales, consulting, or account management
- Consulting background is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work onsite ~20% and travel ~10%
- Strong ownership, independence, and growth mindset
