What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, emails, video messaging, and social media tactics
  • Partner with Account Executives to build and prioritize pipeline leading to revenue attainment
  • Qualify customer business initiatives and communicate hirify.global's value and ROI
  • Build credibility and trust with stakeholders
  • Manage a high volume of accounts with effective prioritization
  • Research customer personas and adapt within a growing sales organization

Requirements

  • Location: Must attend London office 3 days a week (hybrid)
  • 1-2 years of professional inside sales experience, preferably in technology
  • Experience in high-volume cold calling and emailing for new business
  • Consistent quota attainment and KPI achievement
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time effectively
  • English: B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high growth SaaS environment
  • Bilingual skills in French or German
