What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, emails, video messaging, and social media tactics
- Partner with Account Executives to build and prioritize pipeline leading to revenue attainment
- Qualify customer business initiatives and communicate hirify.global's value and ROI
- Build credibility and trust with stakeholders
- Manage a high volume of accounts with effective prioritization
- Research customer personas and adapt within a growing sales organization
Requirements
- Location: Must attend London office 3 days a week (hybrid)
- 1-2 years of professional inside sales experience, preferably in technology
- Experience in high-volume cold calling and emailing for new business
- Consistent quota attainment and KPI achievement
- Ability to multitask and prioritize time effectively
- English: B2 level or higher

- Experience in a high growth SaaS environment
- Bilingual skills in French or German
