What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for hirify.global Cloud and commercial Drupal offerings.
• Partner to shape and articulate the holistic AI story across Drupal and the hirify.global Cloud Platform.
• Champion the value of Drupal and the open-source model in the market.
• Create and deliver high-impact sales and partner enablement materials.
• Collaborate on content strategy and thought leadership to drive pipeline.
• Provide data-driven insights on pricing and packaging strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software environment.
• Deep Industry Expertise in CMS, DXP, or web hosting/PaaS industry.
• Proven PMM Acumen with a track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts (cloud infrastructure, developer workflows, AI) and translate them into compelling narratives.
• Passion for understanding the competitive landscape and creating positioning that leads to wins.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Genuine appreciation for open-source communities.

Nice to have

• Direct product marketing experience with Drupal or another major CMS.
• Experience marketing products to a technical/developer audience.
• Experience marketing AI/ML capabilities within a PaaS or open-source software context.
• MBA or advanced degree.
