What you will do

• Build the new user acquisition roadmap and identify new channels, audiences, and tactics to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Develop hypotheses, build experiments, and optimize core acquisition funnels across paid, web, and lifecycle touchpoints.
• Monitor acquisition performance daily/weekly to identify opportunities or risks.
• Partner with Analytics to deepen understanding of channel performance, attribution, funnel friction, and cohort behavior.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to communicate performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies that could strengthen the acquisition engine.

Requirements

• 7–9+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or similar role in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Innovative thinking and passion for understanding how AI is evolving traditional growth marketing tactics.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in user acquisition, conversion rate, and funnel performance.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and experimentation tools.
• Experience collaborating with paid media, email, and web teams.
