What you will do
- Collaborate with Field GTM sales teams to conduct discovery calls and deliver product demos for active deals.
- Enable strategic partners through training, technical collateral, and support for joint sales motions.
- Lead joint customer engagements and define technical strategies for enterprise deals across Employee and Customer Experience platforms.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept integrating Freshservice and Freshdesk.
- Articulate complex AI-powered platform value to executive audiences with clear ROI stories.
- Create engaging presentations and technical documents to simplify platform value propositions.
Requirements
- Must work onsite at least 3 days per week in one of the US locations: San Mateo, Boston, Denver, Bellevue
- 3-5 years experience in Solution Engineering, supporting partner-led sales motions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present to technical and executive audiences.
- Experience collaborating across teams to solve business and technical problems.
- Expertise in two or more domains: IT Service Management (ITSM/ESM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Customer Service/Contact Center (CX).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
