TL;DR

Salary: $210,000–$262,500 per year

What you will do

  • Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for your respective teams within the Internal Tools mission team.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop a best-in-class seller experience.
  • Lead customer-focused product development from ideation to execution.
  • Improve product performance by analyzing launch results and metrics, gathering feedback, and planning iterative enhancements.
  • Advocate for robust technical roadmaps by understanding engineering perspectives and balancing technical debt.
  • Coach and mentor your direct reports and cross-functional teams in customer-centric practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of product development leadership and 7 years as a product manager in a modern technology business.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Experience building new products (0 to 1) as well as shipping continuous product improvements to an existing portfolio at-scale.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex problems, and deep user empathy.
  • Excellent persuasion and advocacy skills, using clear frameworks, story-telling and first-principles reasoning.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring individual contributors to enhance team performance and effectiveness.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading Salesforce delivery teams and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of RevOps / Marketing tech stack.
  • Experience in late-stage or mature B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building products in a highly regulated domain (e.g. fintech or healthcare).
