What you will do

• Implement end-to-end product vision and roadmap for customer experience programs.
• Contribute to multi-year product strategy based on trends and consumer insights.

• Manage product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including user research and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to develop go-to-market plans and increase engagement.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States to align with compensation and remote work policy.
• 5+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing financial products.
• Experience building integrated journeys connecting CRM, analytics, and customer service.
• Proficiency in product management practices including user stories, wireframes, and A/B testing.
• Experience working in Agile or Lean environments collaborating across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or related technical field preferred.
