Salary: $253,300–$342,700 CAD annually

What you will do

• Define and evangelize the multi-product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global Core, ensuring intuitive user discovery and adoption within a unified platform.
• Architect the system, navigation, and cross-product interfaces for seamless interaction and scalable expansion across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Collaborate with C-level leadership to align product direction with company strategy, customer needs, and long-term business goals.
• Leverage data, user insights, and research to identify friction points and drive improvements in activation, engagement, and multi-product retention.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Engineering, Design, and Research to deliver high-quality, end-to-end product experiences.
• Establish the operating model, product principles, and organizational structure to scale and eventually lead a dedicated multi-product team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, with substantial time at Principal or equivalent senior-IC level.
• Proven track record of creating and scaling multi-product or multi-surface ecosystems.
• Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to architect platform-wide experiences and frameworks.
• Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment at the executive level and influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Highly analytical and data-informed, with experience translating insights into strategic product decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to crisply articulate product vision, tradeoffs, and priorities across diverse audiences.
