What you will do

• Own and manage the product roadmap from ideation to delivery ensuring timely execution and high quality.
• Navigate product dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple teams for successful delivery.
• Prioritize impactful features aligned with customer needs, business goals, and security standards.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and maintain market leadership.
• Manage bank partner integrations including transmission, penny testing, and project management.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in product management.
• Experience with SaaS product delivery, integrations (SFTP, API), and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to influence senior executives.
• Data-driven decision making and expertise balancing security standards with customer needs.
• Scrum Product Owner certification preferred; deep domain expertise in money movement is a plus.

• Experience in Payroll Money Movement at a SaaS provider.
