TL;DR

Head of Product (SaaS): Shaping and executing the product strategy across core and new product lines with an accent on driving multi-product development and aligning stakeholders with data-backed reasoning. Focus on understanding users (SMBs and agencies) to solve real problems and implementing processes to improve speed and quality for scaling.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in or near Rotterdam

hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up based in Rotterdam, helping B2B companies turn anonymous website visitors into qualified leads for over 8,000 customers across Europe.

What you will do

  • Own the full product strategy and roadmap across all hirify.global offerings.
  • Drive multi-product development, from vision to launch to iteration.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
  • Align stakeholders around product priorities using clear, data-backed reasoning.
  • Deeply understand users (especially SMBs and agencies) to build products that solve real problems.
  • Implement processes and frameworks that improve speed, quality, and alignment across teams for scaling from €20M to €50M ARR.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product design, and/or product delivery.
  • Proven experience in SaaS and multi-product environments.
  • Track record of launching and growing B2B products, ideally for SMBs or digital agencies.
  • Strategic mindset, comfortable with both product vision and backlog grooming.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Must be based in (or near) Rotterdam.
