Principal Product Manager (Digital Platforms): Lead the commercialization, adoption, and optimization of Cardiology's next-generation eCommerce and digital platforms with an accent on cross-functional alignment, KPI monitoring, and digital transformation. Location: Hybrid in Maple Grove, Minnesota, United States with onsite presence at least three days per week
Salary: $122,100–$232,000

What you will do
- Lead launch, commercialization, and continuous optimization of Cardiology eCommerce platform across multiple franchises
- Drive platform adoption and translate customer insights into actionable product requirements
- Manage feature definition, backlog prioritization, and roadmap execution with technical and corporate teams
- Define and monitor KPIs to drive insights and performance improvements
- Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care for platform readiness
- Support strategic expansion to additional digital platforms beyond eCommerce
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work model with onsite presence in Maple Grove, Minnesota, USA
- English: Proficient (B2) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years experience in product management, digital platforms, or eCommerce
- Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30%

- Experience with AI, data-driven personalization, or digital engagement technologies
- Background in medical devices, healthcare, or complex commercial environments
- Experience contributing to roadmaps for emerging technologies or digital transformation
