What you will do

• Dive deep into legacy software systems to become an expert and identify migration pitfalls.
• Create and own the product roadmap aligned with business and product strategy.
• Define, prioritize, and build product initiatives to enable seamless customer migration to the new platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and operations teams to deliver integrated features and AI capabilities.
• Write clear product requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Communicate progress and coordinate dependencies with stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with reliable internet for remote work.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business management from a top university.
• 6+ years in software product management, including 4+ years in SaaS or data/platform products.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and product migrations.
• Strong expertise in big data systems, automation, and data governance.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset.
• Experience in regulated industries such as energy, finance, telecom, or healthcare.
