What you will do

  • Administer and manage accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Support comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment and access management.
  • Process and manage employee changes such as role changes, leaves, and terminations within HR systems.
  • Collaborate with payroll and total rewards to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations role, ideally within a fast-paced technology company.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
