What you will do
- Administer and manage accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Support comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment and access management.
- Process and manage employee changes such as role changes, leaves, and terminations within HR systems.
- Collaborate with payroll and total rewards to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations role, ideally within a fast-paced technology company.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
