As they scale toward becoming a full-service financial institution, they’re hiring an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to support compliant, smooth, multi-country payroll and benefits operations across EMEA and North

What You’ll Do
— Manage relationships with payroll providers across Europe & the US
— Oversee benefits administration and employee enrollment
— Coordinate employment contracts and updates across jurisdictions
— Onboard and offboard employees in payroll systems
— Partner with HR Ops & Finance to ensure data accuracy
— Support payroll automation, integrations & process improvements
— Research labor law requirements across multiple countries
— Run salary, bonus & benefits optimization projects

What You Bring
— 2+ years in HR Operations, Payroll, or Benefits across multiple countries
— Strong understanding of payroll systems, taxes, benefits
— Experience managing external providers is a major plus
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
— Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
— Interest in digital assets / fintech
— Fluent English; experience with HiBob or Notion is a plus
— Ability to work with automation/AI tools is a strong advantage
