hirify.global is an enterprise marketing solution for Discord, used by major gaming companies, brands, and music labels to grow, manage, and monetise communities.

What you will do

  • Own the full administrative employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Create and sustain a positive employee experience through events, recognition, and development programs.
  • Administer Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and manage candidate communication.
  • Manage hardware lifecycle and act as internal administrator for core SaaS tools.
  • Provide EA/Admin support, including meeting management and complex travel bookings.
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to company strategy, data, and analytics.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in People Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of detail-oriented tasks without error.
  • High proficiency and experience managing both an HRIS (e.g., Deel, Rippling) and an ATS (e.g., Polymer, Greenhouse).
  • A strong, positive bias toward action, a "no task too small" mentality, and the ability to maintain discretion with confidential data.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly communicating complex policies across all levels of the organization.
