TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Sales): Own the full sales cycle to establish hirify.global as the default human insight layer for AI systems, focusing on enterprise client acquisition and pipeline development. Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week in New York City, USA

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + Commission

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle and develop territory plans to exceed quotas.
  • Partner with SDRs to execute outbound strategies and build a strong pipeline.
  • Engage enterprise organizations to uncover opportunities and lead deals from creation to close.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, insights, solutions, and product teams.
  • Establish credibility with prospects and present tailored solutions addressing business challenges.
  • Manage activity tracking, opportunity management, and forecasting in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work with 3 days/week office presence in New York City.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients with 50,000+ employees.
  • Proven success closing deals exceeding $100K ACV and meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong pipeline management and outbound strategy execution skills.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments and proficiency with sales technologies like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Clari and Salesloft sales tools.
