What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end AI Platform lifecycle, continuously improving capabilities.
• Manage the roadmap and backlog, translating business needs into clear product requirements.
• Define and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across AI, Data, engineering, tech, and business teams.
• Promote AI adaptation by sharing and aligning on Platform features, vision, and roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI product ownership or technical product management, preferably in tech, data, or AI environments.
• Strong background in AI/ML and Data with proven technical knowledge of the AI/ML & Data lifecycle.
• Ability to translate user needs and market trends into actionable product improvements.
• Experience managing complex multi-country projects, timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies, using agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Clear and effective communicator for technical and non-technical stakeholders, capable of leading multi-cultural teams.
• Proof of eligibility to work in a European country is required, as sponsorship visas are not supported.
