TL;DR

Product Manager (AI): Leading the strategy and execution of core Generative AI capabilities to democratize GenAI across hirify.global, enabling personalized traveler and partner experiences with an accent on building scalable platforms and systems for Ranking, Smart Value, Recommendations, Content Intelligence and AI Experiences. Focus on building generalized, reusable, and reliable core AI capabilities and guiding new systems from inception to launch while managing technical debt.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Up to 20 days per year working from abroad (home country). No relocation assistance provided.

What you will do

• Own and lead the GenAI Core team’s vision, mission, roadmap, and end-to-end execution while partnering with SW and ML engineers.
• Build and adapt the product strategy to the constantly evolving business needs and constraints.
• Define, measure, and communicate the team’s success metrics, progress, and impact to business leadership.
• Guide and scale new GenAI capabilities, systems, and services from inception to launch, keeping customers at the center.
• Help the team identify and manage technical debt, balancing immediate delivery with long-term maintainability.
• Constantly engage with stakeholders to expand the coverage of the product and create impact.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management roles.
• Strong technical background and experience with managing AI platform products and complex roadmap development.
• Proven ability to manage technical roadmaps, address technical debt, and balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health.
• Previous experience and deep understanding of Machine Learning and AI applications.
• Ability to articulate complex technical products as a clear and compelling narrative.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
