What you will do

• Define clear goals, track progress, and ensure initiatives meet readiness, validation, and delivery standards for your product domain.
• Maintain a focused backlog and make informed trade-offs balancing user value, technical feasibility, and strategic relevance.
• Lead the agile Product Quartet, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Apply user research, customer feedback, and market insights to validate problems and test solutions effectively.
• Create clear enablement materials for product understanding and adoption, collaborating with Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS or regulatory-driven environments, with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to define product vision, shape actionable strategy, and translate insights into a clear, validated roadmap.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, grounded in user value, business impact, and regulatory needs.
• Experience with AI-native solutions or a strong willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies, including hands-on use of GPT and prototyping tools.
• Experience running structured discovery, validating problems early, and using data-driven methods to evaluate solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
